Step 1: Prepare Documents
Provide digital copies of the following documents:
Valid Passport, ID Card or Driver's License
Original Detailed Registration Form (not older than 3 months)
Authorization Letter (if applying on behalf of the applicant)
Depending on the purpose of your request the following documents may also be applicable.
Updated Weapon License Request
Letter from the Adoption Agency
Letter from the Educational Institution (for Employment or Educational reasons)
